We will make every effort to ensure your order is correct, but if you find that an error has been made, please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
Only unopened packages of tea, sugar, or filters may be returned for exchange or refund.
Any washing, defacing, or use of any items will void any exchange or return rights.

We suggest using our primary shipping method, Flat Rate Priority Mail from the US Postal Service, with a delivery confirmation for all returned items.
If you choose to mail via any other service other than Parcel Post or Priority Mail, Compass Teas reserves the right to refuse refund of shipping costs.
Shipping costs will only be refunded if it is found that Compass Teas made an error in packaging.
